stretching legs? splits? back bends? HELP?

okay i really want to do the splits and a back bend,

is there any stretches that can help me become more flexible WITHOUT getting bigger muscles that will make me look fat or big in the arms, torso, and legs/thighs?

are there any stretches?

do the butterfly stretch:
sit on the floor crosslegged (indian style) and make the bottom of ur feet touch
hold your feet and reach down to them and wiggle your legs
it stretches out your entire leg
