Stretching for splits ….

me stretching my splits.

i know my splits are really bad at the moment and have lost a lot of flexibility as we have been spending less time streching and more time on conditioning at gym recently :s. so im statrting to strech my splits everynight for 5 mins on each leg to see if it helps. i will post an update of how im doing soon :)
