Stretching exercises for learning the splits?

Does anyone know of a stretching routine for learning the splits? Pictures or a video would be great as well.

You need to perform dynamic stretches in the morning, and again before your workout.

For your workout, warm up with some cardio for a few minutes, follow up with dynamic stretches again.

Do you workout, and at the end, follow it up with a cooldown and static stretches for a few minutes.

After your static stretches, go into isometric exercises.

Be sure to rest completely the next day. Your rest is what increases your range of motion. Be sure that you know not only what stretches to do, but when to do them. Otherwise, you will not see any improvement.
