is there any technique besides stretching that can help you do the splits?

ive stretched for a long time to try to get the splits but i feel as if its not doing anything. is there any way besides stretching that can speed up my progress? like massaging my leg muscles a certain way or certain area? can i relax my muscles to where they’ll just flop loosely into the splits??? please help!

Yeah you can have work with and without tension. When you work yourself at least 50% the muscles are working. You can have someone work the area with massage and range of motion to help stretch your tissues while you are passive. AI worked with another woman a few years back doing this – took some time – but did help. You can email me for the details if you wish – help doing splits is not a common request for most massage therapists.
