Girls only: What kinds of stretches should i do to perform the middle splits?

I am a guy that wants to perform middle splits. I tryed stretching but i don’t think i am stretching properly. When i see
a female do the middle splits i find it fantastic. I am flexible but not flexible enough to do the middle splits. I Also find the middle split a very attractive skill when females perform it.
I prefer asking females this questions because female are generally by far better at doing middle splits than men

P.S Trying to perform splits does not make me less of a men.

Same problem with me..i can almost do the splits. You can try lying down and then pulling your leg close to your nose. Or you can put your leg on one side and try putting your nose to your knee. You can place your leg in any direction just not behind you.
