Easy tips for stretching to do the splits, without taking too long?

I would like any tips. Thanks :)

Do you know how to do the butterfly? Well sit crosslegged and put the bottom of your feet together and try to put your thighs as low as they can go (wihtout using your hands..)

Then, put one leg straight out and the other one bent laying sideways on the ground……try to touch the toes of the straight leg……

Then stand up and alternate feet on your heels and when a foot is on it’s heel stretch down and touch the ground..do that while walking….but very slowly….

And after you are done with that…..put both your hands out straight in front of you and alternate legs….kick them up to touch your hands..
