Stretching tips for martial arts/ karate?

Im in karate and i wanna know some tips and stretches i can do so i can get into splits faster and kick higher

I’m sure they’ve given you good stretches to work with you just want to make sure you do them often. Always make sure you stretch warm muscles. Go as far as you can feel it but it doesn’t hurt. Hold it for 10 seconds then push further another 10 then push further and other 10. Try to stretch 6 times a week. After a heavy workout a hot bath will help keep your muscles from tensing up too much. A hot tubs better if you’ve got it. LIGHT stretching after that will add to the benefit.
