I weigh 120lbs. 5’7” and 14. I run, stretch, and do martial arts. I am starting weightlifting again… tips?

Is there anything that you would have to tell me, right now I really want to start lifting again. I would also like to get a lean body. Although, I am very lean to start out with. I am confused about whether I want to lose the little fat I have left or maybe if I just want to tone up with muscles.

sounds like you are in very good condition, you don’t need to lose or gain any weight. Regular exercise is always helpful to keep you health.
