How to develop flexibility for martial arts?

I’m built like a bull, and about as flexible as one. I don’t like stretching, what is the minimum I need to do to make gains in flexibility?
Ummm, yeah, I KNOW I need to stretch. What is the MINIMUM stretching I need to do to see results?

Sprint a lot if you’re going for flexibility in your legs. you still need to do some minimum stretching to avoid muscle strain, but sprints will give you the speed and flexibility you need for martial arts.
