How can I stretch my leg complitely in martial art?

I have been practising martial art for 1 year but yet I could not stretch my leg complitely. Please suggest me some exercise by which I can achive this.

Try dynamic stretching and static stretching. I have always done static stretching but then incorporated dynamic stretching into my routine and it has certainly helped. See article below.
