every few times i kick in vita saana Martial arts my ligaments or tendons pop and my legs sound like there?

cracking. but its not my bone it is on the front side of my pelvis where my quads first connect with my hip bone what is wrong with my legs im i just stiff or what is it? how can i stretch the area?

Chinese people call that ur qua. Ur qua is just loosening up from doing MAs. The same happened to me from practicing Taiji. Dont worry about it. Its perfectly normal.
