Side Kick (Yop Chagi) beginner tutorial

Side Kick is one of the most powerful kick that human can do. It is widely used in martial art world. This kick can be used to crush, break, or push the opponent.

It is really recommended to do 30 minutes of leg stretching before doing any sharp kick as you can rip your leg muscle by forcing it too much. You can consult my leg stretching tutorial for some pointer.

I’m not feeling really well during the recording of the video, so i promise you, I’ll make another one with sharper and crispier kicks later on. But this video does cover the basic theory and steps you need to learn the side kick.
