Does stretching out your legs make your leg muscles and legs appear more leaner and muscular?

by admin on November 24, 2009

Anybody know?

No. Stretching them only…well, stretches them. Hahaha. It prepares your muscle for increased number of contractions. Stretching them will only elongate them for the time you’re physically pulling the muscle, but once you stop they return to their normal size, they can just be pulled further easier. If you want them to look leaner and muscular, you’re gonna have to so strength training.
