What does it mean when a cat CONSTANTLY stretches it’s back legs?

by admin on November 24, 2009

I have a 3 year old all Grey cat who i noticed was licking all the hair off her back legs and stomach. I took her to the vet and i was informed she has "fur-mowing" syndrom and they gave her an allergy shot. I completely forgot to ask the vet if her constant back leg stretches had anything to do with this allergy she has. Anyone else have a cat that also enjoys a good/constant back leg stretch? :)

I think cats do it as a sign of stress but not too sure
