What are some tips or exercises or stretches for getting my leg higher in arabesque (for ballet)?? Thanks!?

Well, your back needs to be strong to preform a good arabesque, so try doing some exercises to strengthen it. For example, you could lay on your stomach, have someone hold your feet, and lift up and down as though you’re doing backward crunches.
