What are some good leg stretched to make your thighs toned?

my thighs need toning asap!

Lunges are as good as anything. If you are a begginer don’t do them ‘dynamically’ as is the Utube link below, but do them statically to begin with (don’t step into the position and do it as one movement, but step 1st get your balance and then drop down). Keep your back straight (straighter than the video if possible). This will tone a treat, but only making sure you take in less calories than your body uses will help you lose any excess weight on your thighs. Good luck.
