i need leg stretches?

i’m wanting to add 30 minutes of stretching everyday. i want to focus mostly on my legs. what are some leg stretches (10-15) that can help me gain flexibility and muscle length in my legs? thanks!

Try doing Yoga.It has helped me tremendously with flexibility.I’m sure you can find a DVD or site to help you.
