Are there any good at-home leg, ankle, and foot strengthening stretches I can use to prepare for pointe?

I get my first pointe fitting on monday, so I just want to start some stretches, before classes actually begin….

stand on your feet while curling your toes so youll be on the joints of your feet sort of thats how it feels when your in the shoes also with the shoes on stretch your leg on a raised level like a table above your waist preferably .&& you can bend your knees while en pointe to stretch.

-tip:alwaysALWAYS keep your knees straight when dancing pointe and bureau fast
