what are the best stretches/stretch routines for total body flexibility?

need some new stretch routines. need to be good and limber for mma. any suggestions?

umm even small things in repetition will help!
but dont push it too much cause then youll be rlly sore and if youre sore when you need to be flexible… itll basically backfire lol trust me.. ive figured this out the hard way numerous times
