What are some stretches that increase flexibility?

All stretches will increase your flexibility if done correctly and consistently.

One important thing to remember while stretching is not never bounce! You can tear muscle and/or ligaments that way. Just stretch as far as you can and hold the position for 30 sec. then take a deep breath in, let out and try to stretch deeper.
