What are some GOOD stretches for dancers to really improve flexibility?

Sit on the floor stretch ur 2 legs ou in front and take on and tuck it behind so that ur ankle touches ur butt. push ur knee back so that it pulls a little on ur thigh muscle on the other leg. hold for ten seconds. repeat on other leg. do it about ten times on each leg once or twice a day. this shud improve ur flexibility hugely.
