Stretches to imprve flexibility?

are there stretches that you can do every day to improve your flexibility? if so wat are they and which are most effective? overll i mean

The best way to improve over all flexibility is by doing what is known in yoga as the ‘Sun salutation’. It is a sequence of moves that take a couple of minutes to run through. It will stretch legs, back, arms- everything! You can start off by doing the sequence a couple of times through and then increase as you get better. Just go at your own pace.
Sun salute is the base of all yoga practice- thousands of people and years in practice can’t be wrong!
