I am training for sprinting the 200′s, what stretches should i do to improve performance and flexibility?

That, along with the 400 meter dash were two of my best sprints in school! Lots of stretching is very important! Do exercises like touching your toes and doing the splits. like in Karate, if you can. Jogging on the side will help you with your cardiovascular side of the equation, and bicycle riding.
