How To Improve Flexibility (mostly stretches)

How to Improve your flexibility. Well its not that easy, but if you do all of theese simple stretches every day- (as well as some others like the frog, the turtle split, of course splits, laying down on your back and grabbing your leg..etc.) it will be much easier!! I know that this video does not have that many stretches but i put down 2 stretches that have examples and then i just told you the other ones sorry :(
