Has anybody gained a lot of flexibility from stretching? What method did you use? How long did it take?

I am looking for personal experience. I have read all the books on how to do it, but I have yet to meet anybody who could tell me how they did it. I have been stretching for a long time myself using various methods and not gaining much flexibility.

I stretch everyday, sometimes twice. I continue to stretch until secretion then I feel exhilirated like I can take on the world or take a nap.

It always firms me up and then very limber and loose when finished. I usually do it alone, while on the computer or watching my favorite movie. Friends are welcome to join, but it’s kind of freaky.

It makes my heart race and gets the juices flowing! What better benefits could there be?
