Fast, Effective 5 minute stretching routine.

Stretching helps avoid injury and legnthens the muscles and tendons to improve flexibility. This compreshensive stretching program is a safe, effective way to build flexibility. I’ve designed the stretches after 10 of working with clients so that beginners and athletes alike can use and increase flexibility with these stretches. I like to use gravity and body weight to facilitate stretching when possible. This makes it easier to relax into the stretch and improves results.
