Back Stretches to improve your flexibility and strength

These are some of the back stretches I do in order to strengthen my back and also to improve my flexibility.
In ballet, it’s very important that you have both, the flexibility to master the moves and the strength to hold them and to prevent your body from injuries.
All of those exercises can be regarded as core strengthening exercises as well since you always have to use your stomach muscles as well.
Please only do them on a hard surfaces and be very careful not to injure yourself!!!!
